この講義では、労働法をめぐる重層的な問題を考え解いていくための知的基盤を提供することを目的とする。具体的には、労働法総論、雇用関係法、労使関係法、労働市場法、労働紛争解決法という「労働法」を構成する基本的な法分野の枠組みを順に講義していくが、①事例を使って具体的なイメージをもちながら講義を進めていく、②諸外国の制度や実態、日本の社会や文化に起因する特徴への考察などを踏まえてより広く深い思考を促す、③できる限り皆さんと対話を行い主体的に考える力を養ってもらう、といった点に重きを置いたインターアクティブな講義にしたいと考えている。 The objective of this lecture is to provide an intellectual foundation for considering and resolving multilayered problems related to such labor laws. Specifically, the lecture will discuss framework of basic legal fields which comprise “labor laws” in sequence: an overview of labor laws, laws concerning employment relationship, labor-management relations, labor market, and ones concerning resolution of labor-management disputes. It is this instructor’s idea to make the lecture interactive emphasizing the following: 1)    to proceed the lecture by taking up examples that provide concrete images; 2)    to urge wider and deeper considerations taking into account institutions and realities of various foreign countries and characteristics attributable to Japanese society and culture; 3)    to foster the ability to think independently through as much dialogues as possible with all students in the class.
